Our history
The idea of Trim was born in 1996, among the desks of the “Politecnico” of Turin, when a group of young students preparing for a degree in Informatics Engineering starts to realize their first software projects for some locals firms. In a few years this fellowship has become a real business plan and in the middle of 1999 Trim joins the “Innovative Enterprise Incubator”of “Politecnico” of Turin. By this time its path is unstoppable. In December of 2003 Trim is one of the first firms of Incubator to “get the degree”. In August 2004 Trim becames S.r.l.. In 2008 for first time the turnover exceeds the million. In 2010 Trim is one of the founders of “Consorzio Mosaico”. In 2011 it gets the “UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification and opens the mobile division.
Our strength
Trim today is a solid and dynamic reality, on the strengh of its team, composed by more the 30 developers, engineers, with an average age of just 31 years. Professionals characterized by enthusiasm, strong sense of responsibility, passion for their work and a big team spirit.
The group
Trim has a network of partnerships and alliances with companies that has helped found through shareholdings. These relationships allow Trim to structure in a better way its offering.
> ENTERPRIME FINANCE S.r.l., a society now controlled by CapGemini group, leader in the Italian Market in providing informatics and applications solutions in Finance world.
> IPLUG S.r.l., a society partner of Microsoft, specialized in planning of system solutions, networks and VOIP. The integration between the solutions of TRIM and of IPLUG provides informatics complete solutions which are oriented to the service.
> VALUETECH S.r.l. is a Trim Spin off located in Rende, close to Cosenza, created to generate value from the human capital of young talents of southern Italy, to realize high quality projects and services.
Trim is also founding partner of CONSORZIO MOSAICO that operates in the field of Information & Communication Technology and Services, Organizational Consulting and Training for Public Administration and Health.
